Delete your Sophia Bot account

Effective October 4, 2026 · Version 2026-10-04

Permanently delete your Sophia Bot account, bots, conversations, memories, schedules, saved connector credentials, and desktop files. Your Community posts, profile, and quest briefs will be removed. Other participants’ contributions will remain in read-only archived quests without your attribution. Running desktops will be stopped. This cannot be undone. Your Google or Apple account and connected email, files, and social accounts will not be deleted.

Delete in the app or on the web

Sign in to Sophia Bot, open Settings, choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. Then select Permanently delete account. The same option is available in the iOS and Android apps. Wait for running bot tasks to finish before deleting. A successful deletion returns you to the sign-in screen.

If you cannot sign in

Email contact@fullcloudai.com from your account’s email address to request deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

What may remain

Operational logs, backups, and records required for legal or security purposes may remain as described in our Privacy Policy. Messages or changes already delivered to other services are not recalled. You may revoke Sophia Bot’s access in each connected provider’s account settings.
