End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement covers your use of Sophia Bot software provided by Full Cloud AI, LLC. Our Terms & Conditions also govern the connected Service, and our Privacy Policy describes data processing.

1. License

Subject to these agreements, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Sophia Bot on devices you own or control, and to access its web interface, for lawful purposes. This is a license, not a sale. Full Cloud AI, LLC and its licensors retain rights in the software and branding. You retain your rights in your content.

2. Restrictions and third-party software

You may not resell or sublicense the app, remove ownership notices, bypass access controls, or copy, modify, or reverse engineer it except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable open-source license. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses, which take precedence for those components. Do not use the app to infringe rights or access accounts without authorization.

3. Connectivity, permissions, and updates

The app requires compatible software, an internet connection, and an authorized Sophia Bot account. You are responsible for your device and connectivity costs. OAuth connectors require separate permission from the connected account owner. Updates may change features or minimum requirements. You may need to install an update to continue using the Service securely.

4. Apple App Store applications

For a Sophia Bot app obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app’s license unless a separate custom EULA is supplied in App Store Connect. This page supplements that license with Sophia Bot service terms; it does not replace it. In a conflict concerning the App Store app license, the applicable Apple license controls. Full Cloud AI, LLC is the provider of Sophia Bot and the contact for its support. Apple does not operate Sophia Bot’s bots or connected services.

5. Google Play applications

For apps obtained through Google Play, Google Play’s applicable terms also apply. Full Cloud AI, LLC provides the app and its support; Google does not operate Sophia Bot’s bots or connected services. Store terms control where they require a different result.

6. Support, warranty, and termination

Contact us for support or complaints. The warranty and liability provisions in our Terms & Conditions apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable store terms. Your license ends if you delete your account or we terminate access for a material breach. You must then stop using the affected software and Service. Termination does not remove any rights that must survive under applicable law.
