Terms & Conditions

Effective October 4, 2026 · Version 2026-10-04

These Terms govern your use of Sophia Bot’s website, mobile apps, AI bots, connected tools, and hosted desktops (the Service), provided by Full Cloud AI, LLC. By accepting these Terms, you agree to them and the EULA, and acknowledge the data practices in our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and resources you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

2. Bots, AI, and your instructions

Sophia Bot helps you research, manage information, and carry out tasks. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. Check facts and review drafts, recipients, files, dates, and other consequential details before acting. The Service does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for decisions and instructions.

Connected tools can read information and, where supported and authorized, send messages or change files. Review each requested confirmation carefully. Scheduled tasks may run later without you being present; review their timing and cancel them when no longer needed. Service availability, provider permissions, resource limits, or errors may prevent or delay a task. Do not rely on the Service for emergencies or safety-critical operations.

3. Your content and connected services

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the Service and follow your instructions. You must have permission to provide it and authorize its processing, including processing by AI and connector providers as explained in the Privacy Policy. Output may not be unique; these Terms do not guarantee ownership or non-infringement of generated content.

Apple, Google, Googleora, Yahoo, LinkedIn, websites you visit, app stores, and other third parties have their own terms, permissions, and privacy practices. Connecting an account does not guarantee that every provider feature is available. You can disconnect supported connectors in Settings. Deleting Sophia Bot does not remove messages already sent or content already changed on another service.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate laws or others’ rights; obtain unauthorized access; distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content; harass or exploit people; bypass security, permissions, or usage limits; or interfere with other accounts or systems. Do not submit data you are not permitted to share. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material breaches of these Terms.

5. Availability and changes

Features, models, providers, and limits may change. We may maintain, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or successful completion of every task. Any future paid offering will disclose its price and payment terms before purchase. Material changes to these Terms will be identified with a new effective date and communicated through the Service or another appropriate channel; we will seek renewed acceptance where required.

6. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service or permanently delete your account in Settings. See account deletion for the scope and steps. Download any information you want to keep first. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, limitations, and dispute provisions, continue to apply.

7. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To that same extent, Full Cloud AI, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages or lost profits arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

8. Governing law

Connecticut law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive any non-waivable rights.
